Could have been better

Once we sat down (we had isle seats), someone else came and had the same tickets/seats. Be both went to customer service who gave us other seats in another section (the other people kept our seats). The new seats were across the stadium from where we were originally and were not isle seats. The people in front of us stood most of the time.
We also missed the first 3 songs of the opening act, Toto.
Found out that this also happened to other people as well that night.
Very disappointed that this happened.
Sadly, we did not get what we paid for.
